Dr. Stefanie Saad Seanor, OTR/L

Stefanie received her undergraduate education at Boston University's Sargent College and holds CT state licensure and National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.  She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University's John F. Welch College of Business.  She has worked in both New York and Connecticut evaluating and planning intervention strategies for children and adults with learning, sensory and psychiatric needs. Stefanie has extensive training in areas including sensory integration, neuro-developmental treatments, behavior modification, psychosocial skills, feeding and oral-motor therapies, and fine/visual motor skills. Stefanie is certified in Therapeutic Listening © and has developed comprehensive sensory diets and therapeutic protocols using modulated CDs.  She holds certification in Handwriting Without Tears © curriculum and brings extensive knowledge in the field of handwriting for children ages 3-12. Stefanie also holds certification in Mental Health First Aid.

Maybette holds a B.S. from the University of Bridgeport and a M.S. from Southern Connecticut State University.  She has a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and is a licensed speech pathologist in Connecticut and New York. She was a member of the American Academy of Private Practice and now is certified by the American Board of Disability Analysts.  Also, she has lectured on swallowing/eating disorders and has provided seminars on language and speech development and disabilities.  Maybette has worked extensively both in the educational and rehabilitation settings.  She is certified to administer the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment ®.  Maybette also has extensive training and experience in the field of social skills training for all ages. Maybette has been a clinical supervisor in the speech pathology graduate program at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
